Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Superpowers are digital products you download and keep. Because of that, we don't offer blanket "no questions asked" refunds — but we do stand behind quality. Here's exactly how it works.

The short version: If a superpower is broken, doesn't work as described, or you were charged in error, we'll make it right. Refunds are reviewed case by case — usually within 3 business days.

When you can request a refund

You're eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:

  • It doesn't work. The file is corrupt, incomplete, or won't open.
  • It's not as described. The superpower is materially different from its listing, preview, or description.
  • You were charged in error. A duplicate charge or a purchase you didn't make.

When a refund won't be granted

Because superpowers are downloadable and yours to keep, we generally can't refund for:

  • "I changed my mind" or "I no longer need it" after downloading.
  • Not reading the preview, description, or requirements before buying.
  • Buyer's own setup (e.g., you don't have a tool the superpower requires, clearly stated in the listing).

To help you buy with confidence, most superpowers include a free preview and verified buyer reviews — please check both before purchasing. Many creators also offer free superpowers so you can try their style first.

How to request a refund

Email support@tinysuperpowers.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and what went wrong. We review each request fairly, considering the creator's listing and your experience.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, your access to that superpower is removed.

A note on fairness to creators

Creators earn the majority of every sale. We protect buyers from broken or misrepresented products while protecting creators from abuse (for example, downloading a working product and then requesting a refund to keep it for free). Accounts that repeatedly abuse refunds may be suspended.
